The Annexe   (sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms)

Set slightly apart from the other cottages, The Annexe has uninterrupted views across our fields & the Avill Valley & catches the afternoon & evening sun.

Entry to The Annexe is over a little gated wooden bridge & then up 2 steps & through French Doors. Downstairs there is a fully-fitted kitchen & dining/living room with a woodburner and upstairs there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom & a bathroom (with shower). There is a cot at the top of the stairs.

There is a dedicated parking space near to the cottage - use the main entrance rather than going to our main car park.

Free Wifi Access is available by linking up to "Garden" or  "Engenius". A password will be required which will be given to you on arrival.

Short Breaks are available outside of the main school holidays - weekends (Fri-Mon) or midweek (Mon-Fri).

Arrival Time - 3-6pm. Please advise eta if later to ensure that we are here to show you into your cottage.
