The Stable Cottage (formerly known as Tivington & Exford ) is the perfect location for larger parties or families groups & sleeps 16-18 in 8 bedrooms.
The downstairs consists of 2 large, fully-equipped kitchens (built-in double electric oven, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher), a large dining room that can seat up to 24 people, 2 sitting rooms, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, 2 twin bedrooms & a 5th & 6th loo.
There are 2 flights of stairs to the 1st floor, each leading to a double bedroom, a twin bedroom & a shower-room.To sleep 17 or 18, an additional full-sized single bed can be added to these 2 twin bedrooms to create 2 triples.
The sunny patio with it's built-in BBQ, has lovely views across our fields & The Avill Valley - an ideal place to sit out & relax, with or without the dog !

Free Wifi Access is available for light use by linking up to "Stables Access Point" or "Engenius". A password will be required.
Short Breaks are available outside of the main school holidays - weekends (Fri-Mon) or midweek (Mon-Fri).
Arrival Time - 3-6pm. Please advise eta if later to ensure that we are here to show you into your cottage.
Departure Time - by 10.00 am
The patio garden is enclosed & relatively dog-proof & has a built-in BBQ. Weather permitting, this is a great place to eat outside with a superb view across our fields & the Avill Valley.
Parking -: Is in the main car park but cars can be brought down to the cottage to unload.
